Checked in on a Friday afternoon. It was VERY busy. Valet parking took approximately 30-45 min, and checking in took almost an hour, and that was checking in through the kiosks. After retrieving keys from kiosk, we still had to check in at the desk with a hostess to actually find out what room we were in. There must have been 100-200 people checking in at the same time, most of which looked like very young and scantily clad college aged kids. After we actually got to our room, it was fine. Clean and very spacious. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the adjoining miracle mile mall area. Unable to use pool because it was raining, but from our room window it looked very nice.
