Excellent hotel and wonderful location across from train station

Hotel was in a great location and within walking distance of the underground stations. Plenty of places to eat. Room was on the small size but clean and tidy

We’ve stayed here in 2024 for 8 nights and it was perfect so we decided to stay here again this time for 10 nights. We love their Japanese garden with full of beautiful cherry blossoms, koi pond, tea house etc.., location is nice and quiet, love the shuttle bus to near the station, and staff were mostly polite and professional this time. But, about 4 out of 8 nights, we had our room cleaned and almost always some resupply issue with house keeping. One time, they took the old nightwear away but didn’t leave new ones.
