The hotel has a helpful courteous staff and an excellent location at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio. Easy to walk to the major sites on the south side of the Arno River like the Pitti Palace and the Pizzale Michelangelo.

Hotels in a great location the staff is phenomenal. Breakfast is delicious. Spa is a great way to end your day the Outside Gardens are a peaceful oasis in the middle of Florence. We were only planning to spend four days and end up spending two weeks would go back again in heartbeat.
