Ok hotel and is in a good location however expected more amenities for a 4 star hotel. Also had a broken sink and a/c that did not work in the room which got a little too warm

Room is clean but not a 5 star experience. Amenities are limited and it didn’t feel luxurious staying here. The property however is just a short walk to the subway station and is convenient to other popular areas in Seoul.

Hospitality was amazing at this hotel. Our first trip to S. Korea and the staff was so helpful despite the language barrier. Angie at check-in was beyond helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. They provided room service daily and kept our room spot clean. We would come back again. Thank you for making our experience worth visiting and pleasurable.
