Rooms and the entire property are elegantly maintained!

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean. A/C was a little loud at times. I was completely surprised that room service ends 10pm same or earlier as much of the other food options at the hotel. I could not believe this as it was a Friday night. So plan accordingly.
