The hotel receptionists and area were the best part of my stay. I was here a little over 8 days and requested that my room be cleaned daily and they failed me not only once but 3 times. And one time I asked that they clean the hotel room while I went out of for dinner and came back and the hotel still was not cleaned. My overall experience was a 3 out of 5 and it would be a 2 but the receptionist were very helpful so that’s what saved it from a 2. The amenities were ok but I feel they could have been better bc the hotel charges guest a $50 destination fee which it crazy and should be disclosed prior to my booking. Just to close this out in shout it is expensive and you are only paying for a name and not the service expected when paying a premium price.
