The staff are very friendly and helpful

I have been staying at Kaltschmid hotels for 25 years. Always clean, fabulous food, great spa, lovely room and friendly staff. Thank you for another wonderful stay at the Alpenlove and for the lovely room. I look forward to seeing you again in the spring.

No WiFi connection by phone for much of my stay and no connection ever on the laptop. No one interested in sorting it out. Staff in restaurant lovely. Staff on reception seemed pretty miserable and generally unhelpful. Shower door kept closing in mid shower- a minor problem but can’t iOS be repaired with a little care. No late check out possible even though promised in brochure. Overall a decent place but must sift out WiFi.

I LOVE this hotel. All members of staff are really helpful. The facilities in this hotel are endless, there are lots of swimming pools to suit everyone all heated 2 outdoor, splash park and water slide indoors, many games in the sport pub, I can go on forever. I will stay there again whenever I'm in Innsbruck. The level of service is beyond 5*. Great place, near most ski pistes, train station and town centre. Highly recommend. Anthonio Mandika.
