El lugar es hermoso y el personal es muy atento y amable, pero si hay cosas que mejorar:
Baños: el agua en la ducha cuando se colocaba fría salía bien, pero cuando se colocaba caliente salía sucia y que habían algunos cabellos dentro del baño.
Comida: podría ser un poco más variada.
Organización: no sabíamos a qué lugar eran que estaban los buffet, porque donde se suponía que iba a estar no estaban y lo movían para donde eran restaurantes a la carta.

I spent a couple of days in the resort, and it was such a great experience. The staff were really nice and attentive to our needs.
Sucre and Ricardo helped us with our breakfast service, and they were so friendly and attentive to us, helping us and treated us great.
Had a couples dinner and the food and service were amazing, only downside was that there were a lof of mosquitoes but the staff went to look for bug spray for us to use as soon as we got there. So overall i would get that service again.
I really liked how the pool went through the resort. We would leave our room and go straight to the pool.
