Apollonii Pet-friendly Holidays

Location is very close to the Athens metro which was convenient. Breakfast was good and substantial. Staff was extremely helpful.

We loved our 5 day stay here. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they went out of their way to assist us with transport, reservations and general information. Breakfast was abundant and plentiful, very clean rooms and a useful kitchen area in our suite. The area is very central to see sights easily and many options for meals just a few steps away from the hotel. We will definitely return.

The staff were always pleasant and very helpful. Great location and close to a number of the sites. Our second time staying at the hotel and will certainly stay again!

Initially, I was going to give this place 3/5 stars because when we first checked-in we were giving 2 single beds combined to make a "queen" along with a not so comfortable sofa bed that isn't really a sofa. Additionally, a lot of items had to be requested multiple times because they were not initially provided/bottles were almost empty: body wash and shampoo. However, after I complained to the front desk about my room and how I had to call front desk multiple times to get the items I needed. One of the night front desk staff listened to my concerns and immediately provided me with reassurance that they will get us a new room with said beds and items. He appreciated that we vocied out our concerns. He directed us to the manager, to make sure things were understood well after his shift. Eventually, we got an upgraded room to a King, the items I requested, an actual extra bed, 50% off at their restaurant, and great customer service. My family wished they were the ones that greeted us on the day we checked-in and not the receptionist that appeared judgemental. I am glad that although the hotel was fully booked, they were able to redeem themselves and provide us with the service we paid for

Best spot close to Plaka and Acropolis. The even better thing about the hotel is the breakfast dinner restaurant on the rooftop. It has the best view of the Parthenon and Acropolis and the other side you can see the Temple of Zeus
