Proximity to the Convention Centre is a major factor. Rooms decent enough but a little dated. Should at least have one bottle of mineral water per room rather than to use a vending machine as not all tourist will have an Octopus card on arrival. Breakfast was disappointing. Mostly processed foods save for an egg station.
Staff was helpful and will rate them as excellent. Overall good value for money.

I always stay at a the JW when visiting HK every year, I love everything about it, all is perfect and comfortable and the staff always so helpful and kind. Breakfast is an absolute bliss as well.

I stay three nights in this hotel which is located very close to all types of public transportation (MTR, airport bus and trams). It is also close to many restaurants and food outlets. The room is reasonable in size and very quiet. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel is very small and not easy to find especially during the nighttime.
