Everything about my room was top notch. The staff all around the property greeted me with warm friendly smiles. I like the Wrist Bracelt Key, but I felt too much like a tourist in areas where there weren't many others wearing a key bracelet advertising where they're staying at. Just a little paranoia on my part I guess. The key bracelet fit well in my pocket though, so no worries there! Going swimming at night was awesomer in the infinity pool, and watching the fireworks show while in the pool was just great! My next stay in the Islands will no doubt be at the Sheraton Waikiki again. It is close to everything!

Beautiful beach front property. Great location, walkable to many restaurants and shops. We stayed here twice Sep. 2024 & 2025 We’ll definitely be back!

I didn't have a good experience with The Sunrise Cafe.

The bathrooms were very small. The shops and restaurants in the area were nice and convenient. Pool area could be larger to accommodate the size of the hotel. Didn't like that you had to rent a microwave. And our key card kept getting disabled. For the price, the rooms weren't worth it. Please note, ocean front is not truly ocean front. You're across the street from the ocean and your room is on the side for a full view of the ocean. Don't expect to walk out of the hotel and be on the ocean. Not the case.

This was the second hotel we stayed at in Hawaii and such a difference from our first. GREAT hotel. Really attentive friendly staff, rooms are wonderful. Service is amazing. There's a variety of food/drink options here. The food itself is good, one spicy dish anywhere on any menu would be incredible (but that's just personal taste). We tried a variety of different drinks with mixed results, but overall really enjoyed it all. Also, visit the hotels bakery... SO GOOD. The only slight downside to this hotel is the pool area is not the best. It feels really cramped and because of the proximity to the beach, many guests bring sand into the pool. Not ideal. It also closes fairly early. Location is right in the heart of everything, very walkable to most things. Overall, great spot! A great hotel, done well.
