The room was very nice and clean. Transportation service was seamless! Staff were all very courteous and responsive. Facility is well maintained and clean.

Property is ok. Really not much to it and service can’t even compare to Shangri La. Had to call multiple times to get towels delivered and breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Would not be my 2nd or 3rd choice for resorts in Mactan. Shangri La is the same price after you add in the breakfast and Shangri La blows away Crimson in all aspects.
