Very clean, professional staff and my children lived it

We stayed here for a short trip to Disneyland Paris. The free shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. The shuttles run at certain times and it takes around 10 minutes to get to and from the parks. Our sofa bed was not made up ready for our daughter when we arrived at the hotel but it was quickly resolved by calling reception. In future, we’d look at staying closer to the parks with little children. Although we had a small kitchenette in our room, there were no shops nearby for us to stock fridge. Given 4 stars due to location being a little less convenient for what we needed it for. Breakfast was nice but pricey.

The highlights of the Relais were the staff: everyone from the front desk to concierge and restaurant were outstanding in kindness and assistance (the reason for the 5 stars); the pool: just lovely but definitely for adults; the shuttle to Disney was very nice; the so so parts were the beds: the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the king bed was okay; the breakfast: lots of choices but prep could have been better. The hotel could use a bit of sprucing up as furniture was well worn, floors had gaps, faucets were mineralized.. In spite of the minor complaints we really enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cheval Blanc , easy to get to , in a lovely little village, the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble, lovely breakfast and we ate at their restaurant for our evening meal which was very good value and choice, the room we had was clean and large as 3 adults and 3 kids in the room and a very modern bathroom with clean towels everyday and rooms tidied daily as well, tea and coffee facilities and fridge in room, only downside was the stairs into our room as we had a baby with us and her pram , but we managed.
