Loved the central spot for the price and unique dining experiences.

Noisy room on the ground floor. You could hear every word if someone walked by and the generator from the parking lot across the street kept we awake half of the night. Definitely not what I expect from a RIU Hotel. Very disappointed. Maybe you should invest in new windows. However, location and breakfast were great.

The staff was excellent, not one bad thing to say. The property was run down and the room was in dire need of a remodel. If I was coming here for a romantic getaway I would have been very disappointed. But, I was here with kids, the lobby was great with all of the toys and smores. It was a solid 3, good but not great. Good for families, not good for romance.

Excellent hotel, very clean. Small room but had exactly what we needed for a short stay. Location is great. Close to all public transportation, super easy to get around.
