This property is in need of a freshen up. Things are a little tired. Pool tiles and exterior. Lobby nicely appointed and front end staff super efficient. Room was clean but had to be sprayed for seasonal ants that did keep resurfacing. Walk out pool fe our room was great, but being near the garden bugs are to be expected. Roof top happy hour A full breakfast buffet of Thai and international options. Staff warm and accommodating. Lots of families and kids activities that were well run and organized, not loud or chaos. Transport to fine dining, shopping and golf was simple. A very easy and reasonable destination to tip your toes in the waters of Phuket.
