Good room and people

Location, staff, view, well kept and managed.

The room was nice. In one of the bathrooms the handle of the toilet was broke so it was hard to flush. During the majority of the visit the cable was not working which was really annoying especially when we couldn’t watch the superbowl from our room. There was construction going on that was ok but also annoying. We upgraded to have a washer and dryer and the combo system was terrible. It was so loud and if I wanted to dry my clothes it didn’t dry them very well. Other than that it was a great location and a very nice view. The staff were all friendly and helpful when we had questions.

We only stayed one night but the staff was lovely, room was nice, clean, breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to someone else

How they handled correcting a problem. Booked a 3 night stay and when we checked in at 11:00 AM they were nice and said a room was available. After approaching them early the first night to say the room provided us was not what we reserved they were quick to get us the correct style room for the next two nights.
