I stayed at Icon hotel for five consecutive days during a ski trip to Valle Nevado. The hotel is stunning, comfortable, and very clean. What I loved most was its great location in Santiago. Manquehue Metro Station is about 5-minute walk from the hotel. From there I can ride the Metro line to connect with the pick-up point that heads towards nearby Andes ski centers like Valle Nevado, La Parvati, etc.

Stay if you want substandard services. Not even 3 stars. We stayed for 3 nights and found it wanting from start to finish.
Concierge didn't help two 70-year old with luggage. Receptionist was arrogant and disinterested. Our room wasn't serviced on one day and reception didn't pick up our call. We had to come down to advise them. Upon being advised, we returned 2 hours later and it wasn't done. Back to reception again. Housekeeping then returned with only 2 towels and nothing else such as clean cups.
