Everything is excellent except for the Wi-FI because I get disconnect all the time and also the VPN doesn't because of some kind of compatibility; however, I don't have issue with other hotels.

We rented 3 rooms one of the room sheet was dirty and other rooms was ok but not what to expect from a 5 start hotel.
The restaurant food and service was horrible it took 45 minutes for a sandwich which was cold!
Most importantly the beach was dirty and smelly! There was a smelly and dirty water came directly to the beach I think it was pool shower or sewer from elsewhere, but super smelly that one of our friend got headaches.
Overall this place can’t be more than a 3 start place in western standard.

Yes staff where good food was ok not exceptional , lots of smokers and staff need to pay attention to the smokers area as ash trays where left full and it was very distasteful. Had to ask for room to be cleaned on two occasions because come 4.30 pm they were not done. Location was excellent opposite beautiful beaches. Transport cheap and plenty of restaurants in the area. Would I return yes I would but needs management to pay more attention to finer details
