The hotel was nice. It is between da nang and Hoi An. You will need to drive to either cities as it sits like a large resort on its own. Checkin was an hour as they over booked our room and was trying to figure out where to put us. I think this was isolated. I had message them early on to help me celebrate my daughter’s 17th birthday with a cake and they agreed via Expedia message. We were in conversation all the way up to checkin and they ghosted me. Never answered again. Never brought the cake. This is terrible service.
