The property has recently been refurbished and the rooms are very clean. The bathroom was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We travel to Auckland a lot and always stay at the Grand, we have found it to be situated nicely for convenience of walking to town etc, always clean friendly with an excellent Valet service Recommend to anyone wanting a convenient and cost effective place to stay in the city

Fantastic apartments, close to transport links and Westfield New Market. The Alexander Inn was perfect for us, clean, comfortable and lovely helpful staff. Thank you, we'll come back :)

My stay at Hotel Horizon by SkyCity was simply outstanding and possibly the best hotel service I have experienced in New Zealand in a very long time. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and genuinely positive. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warm attitude made the experience truly memorable. The facilities are excellent, the service throughout the hotel was brilliant, and every detail reflected a commitment to exceptional hospitality. A special mention must go to The Grill restaurant. The food was outstanding and easily among the best dining experiences I have enjoyed while staying at a hotel. The rooms were exceptional – without doubt some of the best I have stayed in. Clean rooms and it’s also spacious.

The room was nice, clean and at a great location for a stay prior to an early flight out of Auckland or late flight into Auckland. Was perfect and would stay again when travelling. The staff member at reception was super friendly and very helpful.
