Highly recommend this hotel. It truly was lively. I love the selection of skin care available for guests. Conveniently located to stations, large grocery store, 7 eleven and shops. My only recommendation is to add a gym with weights.

Clean room somewhat close to everything

As foreigners, we were treated a little differently by the staff. They weren't as welcoming. The beds are very firm, and if you like that, then great, but be aware that the mattresses are very firm. The bathrooms were nice, and had lots of amenities. Breakfast was very nice as well. The gym and outdoor pool were accessible only via an additional charge. The rooms need to be updated. The rooms were clean, but not up to date. The location and the views from the hotel are top notch. It's a fine hotel, depending on your priorities.

Awesome hotel! If you are looking for some 100% Japanese this isn’t that, as I think it is a Thai brand, but it was EXTREMELY user friendly for American’s first go in Japan. The staff is exceptional, I cannot stress this enough. This is not an Ai review, I’m a normal bro from Oregon, USA. My biggest recommendation is to pay for the Club Level amenities. Was that expensive and it was truly hard to believe how amazing it was. My wife and I immediately started the process of booking a trip to Bangkok to stay at another Centara Grand property, which I think might be the best compliment a hotel chain can get. 5/5 stars. 10/5 stars for the hospitality.
