Friendly and helpful staff. Nice authentic Thai hotel

I have stayed here 6 or 7 times now. If that is not a recommendation, then I really don't know what is. The stafff go over and beyond normal to make every stay the best holiday. I will be returning again for sure.

The pool is wonderful and perfect for a sunset swim. The view from our balcony was splendid due to ideal elevation.

My stay at Avista was truly a great experience. Although most of my time was spent resting and recharging between excursions, the comfort of the room and overall atmosphere made it easy to relax. The views were absolutely beautiful and easily one of the highlights of the stay. The food was also top tier! every meal felt fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the experience feel smooth from beginning to end. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend Avista to anyone looking for a peaceful and quality stay.

The property is very clean, the pool area is beautiful, and the food was amazing. The daily breakfast spread was hands down the best we’ve ever had — huge variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend SunSuri if you’re staying in Phuket.

Everything you could expect from a solid 5 star hotel. Great service great breakfast. Good rooms etc etc. This hotel is up a steep hill and you need to climb to get to your rooms. If you have arthritis or lung or hear condition it might not be the hotel for you. There is a shuttle that will take you around but you have to wait for it. Nai thon beach has a steep drop off into the ocean and the waves have some force. It not calm like Kamala or the other beaches just south. Though I did enjoy the waves, my wife did not.
