I went to see a show, and it had everything i neded.

Customer service was great. Margarita @ check-in was very helpful, her service is a reason I’ll be returning!

Everything was Great!! From checking in/out, amenities, room cleanliness, staff outside facilitating baggage, taxi service… very pleased.

We had a great stay at The Palazzo. The room was large and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Overall a really comfortable and enjoyable experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is tired, our room wasn’t serviced until late (despite calling housekeeping), and the resort fee is exorbitant, especially given the fact that most of the pools were closed. The hotel staff were all very friendly, and it’s a perfect location to go to The Sphere.

The first night I did not receive the room I paid for and was put in a 2 queen bedroom with broken appliances. The front desk staff were also very rude when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. I’ve stayed here many times in the past but this last experience definitely changed my mind about wanting to stay there again.
