Pool area is great. Staff was nice too.

Everything was wonderful from location to breakfast to staff.

This is a great place to stay in NYC for people who don’t plan to be in the room much. Great location. One block from Times Square. Less than five minute walk to Rockefeller. Lots of food options nearby. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Rooms are small but typical for NYC midtown hotels.

Greatest housekeepers ever we definitely left them a tip....this places have everything....casino l did ok not great but you can win....guys in front who working the front parking and getting cabs for folks are Great....Prices really high especially cocktails....pool staff Amazing one server drop something cleaning crew up on it....kid who drop stayed with took control reported it ketchup he felt bad.....y'all have a Amazing 👏

Food in the casino is marketed mainly to the Asian market (which is great if you like that) but if you’re looking for something after 11pm most of those places are closed. You have options across the street like Dennys or a few tacos places. Pool was really nice get there early to get a free chair. Casino was nice.

Yes, there were shops within the hotel and the casinos were quite lively in the evening and weekend.

The room was pretty much a disappointment. Aria has nice robes they provide but our room only had 1, kind of disappointing when you have two people in the room. The shower/bath combo had mold all around the shower door. The bathtub faucet would not shut off, it had a constant small stream running. Numerous areas where the caulking was peeling away from tile work. Pressure in the shower was awful barely spitting out and both tub and shower heads covered in scale. Casino and restaurants on property we visited were nice, no complaints. Pool area was best part. We rented a cabana ( overpriced) but our attendant Hailee was great.
