We had an ocean villa and it was incredible. We also had LEVEL access and it was so exceptional. The food, drinks and staff went above and beyond. It was one of the most memorable holidays. I used the spa and had a massage which was so lovely. I also had access to the sauna and spa afterwards.

Room is small with larger heavy furnitures in the way, causing hitting the knee to it, very danger. River view room balcony is a joke, very tiny just enough room to stand up if you need to smoke. Dirty with bird poo. Not worth the money
Room is very dirty; luggage rack is so dirty that I would not dare to put my luggage on it.
The front desk woman who checked us in was not friendly, not even say hello to us, all she said was 'passport'. The 2 ladies at breakfast were much better than the front desk person. This hotel should swap the front desk to work in the kitchen.
The person at check-out was not better.
Not sure how Expedia label this hotel as 4-star hotel. It would be equivalent to 2 stars. May be because it is in a not developed small town with low class people.
There is nothing worth visiting Chau Doc.
