The room wasn’t spotless. There was hair

Staff were always kind and polite no matter how difficult things got. I stayed here during a snowstorm that caused increased need for room changes and greatly increased need for the morning buffet. Staff handled these changes with kindness and grace and never made me feel like they were overburdened.

Spacious room, clean, affordable, great location, amazing staff, 10/10 and would stay here again. Mattress and pillows could be little comfier but you can’t have it all lol. So glad we found this place!

Lobby, bar, and reception was nice. Noise went on late from the convention center. Parking was expensive for valet or self park with no choice but to pay, consider this extra expense when booking.

Everything was excellent!!!! Customer service was exemplary, resort was beautiful and everything was spotless!!!

The grounds were beautifully maintained. The room and view was great. The staff were very kind and attentive. The evening live music in the Lobby bar was fabulous.

Enjoyed our stay here even if it was just for one night. Right off the freeway with lots of convenient stores around. It’s a very small parking lot so be cautious if you have an extra large car. My RAV4 fit fine. Room was just the right size do 2 people with convenient amenities. I wasn’t expecting a cooler fridge in the room so that was a plus. Also really appreciated there was overhead lighting, unlike most hotels where your only lighting is side tables. The room and bathroom seemed updated and clean. The only downside was that we noticed dirty brown stains on the sheets laying on the side of the bed the next morning. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay here and would book again.
