From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. The Villa is fantastic modern, vert tidy and the pool was always cleaned by staff everyday very private and spacious. The web app was very handy, the staff always replied to our shopping needs, laundry etc. The chef also had a variety of options and the buffet was delicious with a different twist of food everyday again the staff was amazing there. We tried the royal spa that was great and the loungearea was a fun touch to the place.The price was well worth it my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. What an experience 10 out of 10 Thank you. We will be coming back in the future for sure.

Our villa was nice, resort was nice but dated, staff were excellent.

Arrived here & were greeted by the warm welcome from the staff, took time to show us the Villa & was pleasantly surprised at the size, the decor & how comfortable are stay was going to be, the facilities were excellent from the comfortable rooms, living areas, and pool, everything was perfect, could not have chosen a better place to stay.

I loved this hotel! It is so worth it! Amazing service, amazing rooms, spa, restaurant, everything!!! This was the best experience and customer service I have seen!

The room was absolutely gorgeous, pictures do not do it justice. All of the staff were very nice and hard working, I can't wait to return.

Room was nice. Had an excellent sleep each night. Food was good and reasonable price and pool was nice temperature Only down side was had to pay for a bucket of ice which was only 20000rp but normally don’t have to But would stay again

This Bali villa exceeded all expectations. Spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and made even better by the incredibly warm and welcoming staff. The laundry service was outstanding and such a bonus during our stay. The floating breakfast was a real highlight and felt like a special treat. The location couldn’t be bette, just a short walk to Garlic Lane, a nearby mini mart, massages right across the road, and the beach only minutes away. Honestly, the villa was so perfect we barely wanted to leave. Would absolutely stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the girl named Febi, clean rooms and great buffet breakfast ! Will definitely be back. Thanks !
