"Exceptional. We had messed up our booking dates and the hotel was so accomodating. The staff were just wonderful and we had a lovely breakfast and delicious dinner. We only had one night here as we had just landed in Bolivia. With the altitude change it was tough but the hotwl had oxygen tanks avaialable. ..."

Despite good staff and a nice hotel- I was overcharged for my stay and when I reached out to Expedia to assist in this overcharge I was told the hotel was not willing to explain the amount.
