Excellent service at Riu. Rooms was beautiful and bed super comfy. Losing a star because the hotel doesn’t offer any kind of food or drinks (non-alcoholic) after 11pm. Was impossible to get waters or a coca.

Return of the breakfast buffet is greatly appreciated. Selection is great and staff is friendly and helpful. Teeny-tiny request: might we have salt and pepper on the tables? Old guys like me forget, and need to make extra trips lol

The rooms were small but the hotel is absolutely beautiful. I found the bell staff, the wait staff very good however I had two bad experiences with the staff at the desk. They called me at 10:30 at night when I had two small kids in bed to come down with my credit card because they hadn't put it in correctly. That was their mistake and I don't think you should ever be calling up to a guests room that late. Especially one that had been with you four nights already.

The staff was very attentive and welcoming. Unfortunately there were many extra added hidden fees which seemed excessive. We paid an extra $25 each night for something labelled - MAT Temporary MAT Increase-2026 Major Sports Tournament

Hotel Victoria was a cozy stay! They were able to accommodate a little treat for my friend’s birthday when we checked in, which was a nice surprise. The building is dated, and the shower is a little small, but the room was comfortable and the location is awesome for accessibility. Thank you to Riya for all her help :)
