Hotel was generally a great hotel. no issue that we found during our stay.

It's a lovely hotel. Each of the rooms are decorated differently which I thought was a nice touch. Located right in the centre of the tourist area of Bruges, everything is within a very short stroll. The breakfast is buffet style with a nice selection of foods, both hot and cold. The staff were great, friendly and eager to make your stay special. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that I would be happy to return to.

Perfect location. Clean and very friendly staff. Nice size rooms. Comfortable beds. Spa included (steam room, sauna and hot tubs).

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I felt it was over priced. The fresh mozzarella was amazingly fresh and delicious. The staff were helpful, but not always available at the front desk. My stay was for 2 nights. Location was convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful and in a great location to the market square.

Fabulous location. Stunning facility. Grounds were meticulously maintained. Restaurant and Bar were well done. And Spa was very nice. Only rub was reception staff was a bit unhelpful in general. Their coordination with Spa was poor and not even close to effectively communicating. Seemed to be a point of friction. Room for reception staff to improve!

This hotel offers you everything- luxury, elegance, sense of being home, great food and central location. The staff if kind and professional. It is a gem and I highly recommend it to others.
