This is a really good hotel, if you are looking for somewhere central and In The old town then you can't get much better. The staff are really helpful and their English was so good. Obviously given the location you are limited with the room size and amenities but the roof top bar is really good and the pool was ok. Would definitely come back again!

We have stayed at three other hotels in Hanoi previously but this one is by far and away the best! The staff are incredibly helpful and so welcoming, the facilities are great and immaculately maintained and the rooftop bar is an added bonus! The location is also perfect as it’s walking distance from the main attractions and also right by the lake. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Hanoi.

I had a great stay at the Hanoi Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, from check-in all the way through to check-out. I also appreciated the hotel arranging the pickup service. A special thank you to Rosie at reception for making the check-in process so smooth, and to Tony, the bellman, for his quick and helpful assistance. I’d also like to thank CSM Mai NGUYEN for sharing great insights and recommendations about the city. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many great restaurants nearby and most places within easy walking distance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Hanoi.
