All staff was extremely helpful, had an excellent experience overall.
My wife and I attended an event at SoFi Stadium, and there was a transportation service to and from the Westin to the stadium. That was great.

This hotel was a stay for primarily the location. The room was really small. We thought of it as a stereotypical "NY size" room. The mattress wasn't as thick as I'm accustomed to at hotels. The staff was really good and friendly. My only issue was the air conditioning. It was super loud!!!
