Inexpensive with most standard amenities and fairly clean since there's no carpet. Units with kitchenettes & balcony have the view of nightmares. Awful! Other rooms have no view except windowed bldg. (much better), but the rms are decent for staying in Manhattan. Balcony holds 1 chair but view is completely blocked so why sit there (rhet.)? I switched rooms next day when another room (I wanted "ANY room") became available.

It was a nice room but we had a bit of a problem with the AC, the first two nights we had a problem with ir just blowing room temperature air and getting hot in the room, it would get to 80 degrees faranheit. We told managment and they sent someone to check it out but they ended up switching our room. We had no problems after that and everything was perfect for the week we stayed there.
