The rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The location was great and it was close to everything. The room was a little tight for two people but it was New York so it was to be expected.

The suite we had was large and very nicely furnished. One nit picky thing about the room was that we had nightstands on both sides of the bed which is good but one side had no outlet to plug our phone charger in. It seems to me an easy solve is to have lamps with an outlet in the base of the lamp. The lamp was plugged in to an outlet which must have been in the middle of the bed and not accessible. We like the quiet lobby and the location was perfect for us as we were visiting friends that both lived within an easy walk from our hotel. The staff was friendly and we had good housekeeping service.

This hotel was in a great location and had a wonderful rooftop. Our room was also cleaned every day of our stay, which is greatly appreciated and not always the case at hotels in New York. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay again!

This is a very nice hotel. Just a problem with the reservation checking in and while they did rectify, took a while. Not sure if glitch was Expedia or the hotel but they could not find my confirmed reservation number.
Hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. Will give benefit of the doubt on long check in process.
