Friendly staff in a convenient location close to BTS and river. Shopping centre and food options attached to hotel. The rooms were big and hotel was very clean. Would stay again.

I was told I would receive two complementary drinks and access to anything in the mini bar .... no drinks and mini bar was empty in my room.
Also unfortunately the doors slam really loud on the floor I was on and could hear doors closing all night as guest came and went. Great hotel but attention to detail a little more would have been nice .

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room was spacious, clean and had a balcony and an upstairs patio. Staff were amazing, facilities were fantastic. Pool area was beautiful and breakfast was top notch. Would highly recommend this property. Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.
