The staff was nice. The room was nice with plenty of space.I just had to constantly ask for things that should have been fullly stocked in the room. The toilet didn’t work properly throughout the stay.

eveerything about this hotel is excellent but in particular was the kindness and caring of all the staff unfortunetly i was quite poorly for the week i was in hua hin the concern the staff showed me was above and beyond especially the hotel maids checking on me through the day thank you so much for making a bad situation so bearable i will never forget your kindness thank you so much i would not hesitate to stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations based on the price I paid… the check in was very simple I did find out during this time the room I originally booked wasn’t available but they upgraded me to a bigger one automatically, the breakfast was great even for someone like me who is fussy with food with the amount of choice I didn’t struggle, the location was perfect personally it was right near Terminal 21 shopping mall which was great and also near enough to their train stations, the staff were most courteous and friendly from the check in to the maids, door staff e everyone was great.
