The accommodation was clean on arrival and well presented. Unfortunately the service was minimal. Staff did not clean, wash our towels or even deliver toilet roll to our rooms when requested as we ran out. My husband was asked to come to reception and collect it. There was a washing machine and we laundered our own towels. The spa was ok, would not make me visit. The stay was pleasant, the pool and area of the hotel were good. The level of service was extremely basic for a hotel.

What a fantastic hotel. Well placed have travelled for a long period staying at 19 different properties on this trip m, this hotel was voted the best within my family. It was clean with great amenities. The pool is stunning and the restaurant and breakfast is fantastic. I would love to return

This place was anazing and a close walk into town. The view was beautiful! The room was just what we needed for our family of 3 and the balcony was spacious. The staff was amazing, parking was paid but worth it. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, scenic location with outstanding views of. With a car, the whole of Lake Garda is very accessible and we found port parking to access ferrys and in town exploration very easy (even during Aug peak season). The restaurant was simply excellent - the staff, the food, the setting. Though not our intention, we dined at the property each evening given how beautiful and satisfying it all was. The menu is large and the pasta and desserts were particularly sublime. The hotel staff was beyond hospitable. Cannot recommend enough.
