Checking in process took awhile but the room and price was outstanding. The valet was free and that was a big plus! I will definitely stay here again. The rooftop pool and bar is a must!

Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.

Staying atHilton Resortworld was a great experience. The staff was very helpful, property was well maintained with plenty to do inside the resort. I will be staying there on my next trip.
