The room was freezing cold. We tried to set the temperature to a higher one bit kept waking up cold and nothing changed.
Also the room was nothing like the photos in the website. It was tiny and there was barely any day light.

Great hotel! Felt extremely safe & secure traveling with my daughter. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Busy location right in the theater district. Room was quiet & clean. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location- just steps from Tumes square and very close to the subway. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Although the decor was a bit drab and minimalist for my taste, the room was spacious with a nice view. The Diptyque toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch.
