This was my first time in Vegas and I must say that my expectations was exceeded. The palazzo played a great part in making us feel welcomed. There's not very much to not like about the hotel aside from the refrigerator being packed from top to bottom with items thats for sale, leaving us with zero space for our leftover food. Other than that, I really enjoyed our stay and will be looking forward to coming back to Vegas in the near future.

The restaurant closes one hour earlier than stated on their website (10 pm instead of 11). Location is excellent and our room sensational. The lobby was under renovation but ok. This is a hotel clearly undergoing a renovation and the rate was decent.

I enjoyed my stay. 1st of all was my room was very clean and spacious. I did experience a maintenance issue on night one, and after letting the front desk know they arranged to not only move me to another room but upgraded me to an executive suite. Check in was speedy. The monorail was convenient and the indoor connection to the Paris hotel made it a short walk. The Horsepool opened late one day but we also had access to the Paris pool . I also enjoyed that the air was not filled with smoke. I would define stay here again .
