Well maintained hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty. Pool and pool are nice.

This was my first time visiting LA, for me and my kids. This hotel superseded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodable. My only regret is that we couldn't stay more than 3 days. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that will be staying in the surrounding LA area, but especially downtown. You won't regret it!

Great View, But Comfort and Convenience Fell Short Our stay had some positives, but several issues made it less enjoyable than expected. The highlight was definitely the incredible view of Central Park from our room — truly stunning and a memorable part of our trip. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, and we ran into other guests experiencing the same problem. We had to ask for a fan, but even then, sleeping was uncomfortable due to the heat. While all six elevators were working, wait times were still surprisingly long. In the evenings, the lobby would get quite crowded with people heading to the rooftop, which made coming and going a bit chaotic for hotel guests. Overall, a decent stay in a great location, but some important comfort and service aspects really need improvement.

Property location was great, however they could have free parking.

This property is awesome. Beautiful clean and exceptional service. Henry was so very helpful with our cab needs and baggage. Will stay again

This was a wonderful experience. The service with some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff was very attentive and was able to accommodate all my wins. It was truly a pleasurable experience.

Great free coffee at any time and croissants in the mornings. Really beautiful views from the rooftop and our room with a balcony. Definitely worth booking these rooms for the amazing view of downtown Manhattan. Prime location with Soho, Little Italy and TriBeCa all within minutes.

Bathroom and room were lovely however I did not feel safe here at all. Since there is no staff people are free to behave and treat you however without consequences. Luckily the room was nice since I was too afraid to leave it because of how aggressive other guests were.

Very loud guest. I called the front desk to complain, not sure if they did anything about it because the people staying right next to my room continued to bang on the walls, play loud music, and yell. The deposit fee is exaggerated $250!? I’ve stayed in better places where the deposit is only $50 or $100. Not worth it specially for the location. I greeted a front desk staff in the morning even though I am the one who had a horrible night, she ignored me. Not staying here ever again.
