I had such a great stay at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas! From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The room immediately stood out — it was spotless, modern, and had an incredible view of the Strip that made the whole experience feel elevated. The amenities were another highlight. Everything felt upscale but still comfortable and fun. The location is perfect, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions while still enjoying everything the hotel itself has to offer. Overall, what stood out most was the combination of cleanliness, atmosphere, and top-tier service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vegas!

Great hotel. Only complaint is they add a mandatory gratuity to a “complementary” buffet style breakfast with no one attending the table and everything is self service. I don’t mind tipping, but when you have mandated tipping, you do not encourage good customer service, because they are guaranteed a gratuity and they do not have reason to do more than is required by their employer. I still believe gratuities (tips) are for services rendered, not for tips expected. That being said I did not have a negative experience other than the waiter asked if I had been there before and when I said yes, he just said “well then you know what to do” and walked away. Funny thing is when we checked in, the guy at the counter told us there was a 5 dollar charge for breakfast , then said next week they are not charging that fee because it upsets people staying there. I then I asked, then why are still charging the gratuity and he didn’t say. Normally I would have tipped more than $4.99, but since they didn’t nothing except pick up my plates after I left, I didn’t see a reason to have left anything. I understand the prices are going up everywhere but don’t advertise a Free Breakfast when you charge 4.99. It is not a free breakfast. The description at booking should state “fees apply.” Other than that small complaint, The hotel is nice, food was good and the view is great.

The room was amazing super clean and cozy, great experience would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay at a safe and comfortable place you won’t be disappointed. Great value for your money most definitely.

Parking is not included with the stay. $20 to park daily. If you leave the parking garage and return it’s an extra cost. Room services are not without additional charges including delivery fees $10.99, plus gratuity, and ordered items coming from different vendors have individual delivery fee charges. Food is expensive and no complimentary water in the room. A water bottle will cost $9.99.
