There was a spa and message offer posted all over the property and in the lifts, but when I went to the spa, they refused to honor the offer saying that the posted offer was a mistake and I would need to pay full price. It was disappointing to say the least.

"The couch, carpet and chair in the lounge were filthy. The place also smelled like it was standing closed for months. We kept the door open constantly for fresh air. The bathrooms can also do with extractor fans. Coffee machine missing, as well as docking station, but there was a used (dirty) espresso ..."
