Housekeeping could’ve done better, no attention to details about each room requirements. We had asked for toilet paper. They didn’t store the fresh drinking water & towels. Our pillows had a strong body/ hair odour smell. I told the housekeeper but she didn’t quite understand, only changed the pillowcases. They are currently doing refurbishing for the whole block and the one opposite us. Most of them are empty. Average breakfast, 8+ in the morning they already ran out out soya milk. The second morning, they couldn’t make the noodle soup because they didn’t have gas as what the waitress told me. Food quality was average and boring. Nice pool.

My room was in better condition than my brother's room. His bathroom was quite ordinary and really needs maintenance done (regrout). There are no activities for children after 6pm (such as dart, table tennis, etc). These activities should be open until 10pm for children.
I had food poisoning at breakfast on the last day of my stay. I felt sick immediately after eating the chicken sausages and had the worst case of vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days.
It was not a pleasant short holiday for my family.

I was blown away at this resort. The villas were so amazing and my family really enjoyed the pools. We got plenty to eat at breakfast and it was an easy walk to town for any other meal. The staff immediately responded to any issue. The gym facility was small but nice. The beach was lovely and quiet.
