"Great check-in & check-out, lovely staff in the Sky Bar and at the breakfast. Nice rooms, although one of the curtains kept falling off! However the casino is terrible. Aggressive looking staff, not a welcoming atmosphere, and people openly smoking, despite the hotel’s no smoking policy!"
