Very good hotel, good cleanliness, polite staff. We stayed in the "Ocean view room" and loved it. Excellent ambience with the constant sight of the beach from our room Even the decor in the Reception and above the stairs was beautiful. We received a complimentary sparkling wine to celebrate hubby's birthday and our anniversary, which was very thoughtful and a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel. Our only suggestion to the hotel would be to change the carpets in the rooms and the entire hotel.

Clean room, lovely architecture, great location for market and tram

Very clean, comfortable, well designed hotel with great staff. Nice desk in the room to actually get work done, which is so often not the case. Felt very welcome and was able to get my room before check-in time. Want to give a special mention to Nick at reception who went out of his way to help me with a day trip booking and ended up suggesting an alternative (as I was very late to book) that was far better than what I had planned. Kudos to him and a big thank you. I would stay there again. The only negative experience I had was at the bar. Service was slow or nonexistent, you can’t eat at the bar (very strange) and drinks and food are served without any effort (or napkin). Very disappointing as everything and everyone else at the hotel was very professional and helpful and welcoming.

Room was very clean and comfortable the staff all throughout the hotel were extremely welcoming and friendly and very helpful Pool facilities are great and open at night
