A little old furniture but spotless and friendly staff. Very convenient for transport by train.

It is a good hotel, customer service is excellent, food is amazing, hot springs (both indoor and outdoor), sauna and steam room and swimming pool are great. We will come back on our next trip to Tokyo.

Enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Nohga Hotel in Ueno. This is a smaller boutique type hotel that sits in a very quiet area but just 5 minutes from the Ueno Station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a selection of toiletry supplies which was very helpful when one of suitcases arrived late. There is a nice pop up bar in a comfortable lounge to relax with very reasonable prices. The coin operated laundry was also very convenient. Overall, they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Unique about the place was the technology they have, for remote , ordering food or amenities, restroom and more.

Staff are very welcome. I like the service.
