It is located inside the Nirwana Resort. All the staff were super nice and friendly. The service is the highlight there I would said.
We had one whole villa with 3 beds room for our family. Very quiet, pretty and comfortable.
We enjoyed a lot of our stay there.

This is our 2nd time staying at this Villa. The service team was speedy in their response and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Renting of floats was expensive (S$50 for 2 floats for a day) The food from room service was average but the team had great recommendations on where to go for dinner which was excellent. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Will be back if I’m going back to Bintan.
