I liked the connecting rooms for our family of 5 and the rooms were plenty spacious. The view was great and the location was very convenient to food and shopping.

The property is so centrally situated and right on the river walk anywhere and cabs cheap to Suntec City MRT 2 minutes away Singapore is a very safe and clean city would definitely recommend. We are in our 70s and found it a flat easy walk everywhere we went.

I was very disappointed with my one-night stay at this hotel, as the experience fell short in cleanliness, communication, and hospitality. Upon check-in, the assigned room was not clean. The walls had scuff marks, the floor was dirty, and the safe was locked. I had to contact the front desk, which delayed my plans to explore the area. I later discovered the bathtub was also not working properly. Staff eventually sent someone to inspect the issue, and the drainage problem was fixed after some delay. The shuttle service was also problematic. At check-in, we were told to be downstairs early because it operated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, at checkout we were informed that reservations were actually required—information that was never communicated earlier. When I raised this issue, no accommodation was offered. The shuttle experience itself was also poor. The driver was not welcoming, did not greet or assist passengers, and the pickup location was difficult to find. When the shuttle arrived, it was already late, and the driver pulled in too quickly, coming uncomfortably close to us. In addition, the shuttle had no luggage storage, so bags had to be placed in the aisle or on seats, which was inconvenient. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unprofessional service made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Check-in process took 1 hour. Queue for everything was long. Breakfast queue 15mins. There are free facilities like pool table, but its always being occupied. The swimming pool is also crowded, can't swim freely without bumping into someone or having to stop for the kids in front. Therefore if you are very patient and like crowd this is the hotel. Can also feel the front line staffs annoyance with the guests. Only the room service staffs were very nice and courteous.

Unfortunately we had a rather disappointing stay mainly due to the challenges with such long wait times for the lifts - we often had to wait 20+ mins - and noise throughout the night mainly from outside as the hotel is located in such a busy area. I had been concerned about the outside noise prior to booking and had requested a room on a higher level but this wasn't accommodated neither was the request that we have our combined group (which was over 3 rooms) to be on similar floors - made even more frustrating by the lift issue. Despite flagging a number of times prior to check-in there was no communication that as we had different room types they would be on different floors, which had we been made aware prior would have been helpful. The images of the view from the pool is also misleading if staying in the older tower as the view of the Petronas towers from the pool, the main reason for booking this property was completely blocked by the new tower.
