The venue was clean and well presented. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel location is amazing, right in the heart of it all. The first room they put us in was not great damp smell, really poor view. However after asking for a change of room Aiden put us in room 1908 what a change, clean comfortable, and great view definitely made our stay. The lift areas are a little dated and could do with a refresh, breakfast at Tiffany’s was good, and hit the spot every morning especially the omelette station. Easy access for grab and taxis to pick you up. Would definitely stay again thanks to Aiden, and as a location don’t think you could beat it.

Place was amazing! We arrived late in the evening and were upgraded to a high level which my son loved. Buffet breakfast was great had alot of variety and service was great, we had one waiter that helped us daily and got us our morning hot chocolate, He was amazing! Overall great location, close to Bukit Bingtang and great hotel will definitely stay here on our next trip to KL. Thank you

There were flies in the breakfast area. F&B staff were helpful and dedicated. Check-in experience was slow, took about 20mins to check in but received a room that has construction view. Was not shown to the lift lobby while other foreign guests were. Not a pleasant stay overall for the bucks spent. Disappointed.

The check in was a bit slow, and I got sent to the wrong elevator bank, but apart from that the staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't a big fan of the room, which was quite small, and I couldn't get electronics to work properly. The breakfast buffet was decent. Plenty of good amenities, including pool, restaurant, laundry, and gym. The location is nice, close to the river walk, or else not far from the subway.
