Wonderful, welcoming, helpful folks throughout. Great location ( especially if, like us, you’re attending an event at MSG).
The room was tiny, however, that is normal in many NYC hotels so it was not unexpected. Beds were very comfortable

By far the best stay at this hidden gem. The staff were beyond accommodating and made me feel safe and welcome while I was there. I will be staying here ever time I come back to NYC.

Studio apartment on the 4th floor, room clean, TV, fridge,Microwave and full size cooker! Very happy with the room also had an air conditioner. Staff were very helpful and umbrella’s available when raining

Beautiful grounds, stunning views, filthy hotel room. Dirty walls, greasy remote, hand prints on the wall. We typically love Hilton vacation club properties, but this wasn’t it. Lovely historic building as soon as you drive in, unfortunately we chose not to stay there for the weekend.
