Eastern Louisiana Kid friendly Holidays

Only 1 floor had ice, which was 2 floors below us. For the price we paid , you would think it would have refrigerator. We had good interaction with the staff. First time in New Orleans. Getting around was pretty easy using the street car system.

Great location and excellent communication. Perfect for exploring the Quarter but also out of the noise and chaos for quiet rest.

Great stay, but room was not as spacious as I would have liked for the rate we paid and toilets were too low to the ground.

Room was clean, but looked a bit dated (the carpet could use a refresh imo) but I think that’s the idea of this hotel, it’s historic etc. We stayed just one night due to cancelled flight and while walking around the French Quarter my 12 y/o daughter thought the hotel looked cool and suggested we stay there for the night. Only there one night, I didn’t know about or take advantage of any amenities expect the restaurant in the hotel. My daughter enjoyed her food. Front desk staff were courteous and professional.
